Food Baby is the literary magazine you didn’t know you wanted dedicated to all things food.

Food Baby’s concept does not follow the format or layout of commercial magazines. Instead, I drew inspiration from the bold and colourful underground zines from the 60s and married it to the laid-back and relatable articles of new-wave literary magazines like Apartmento or Cereal Magazine.

The final product measures to about 148 x 210 mm, making it easy to carry around in a purse or backpack.

As part of the brief, all the illustrations and texts had to come from outside sources. I served as a layout designer and creative director to determine the tone and style of the magazine.
